This 3,200-square-foot South Miami home, originally an older residence with a challenging three-level layout, was completely renovated for a dynamic family of four seeking more space and comfort without leaving the vibrancy of city life behind. Surrounded by a lush tropical landscape, the home was redesigned to reflect their creative spirit through bold use of color, texture, and a unique blend of mid-century modern style with Brazilian flair. A key focus of the renovation was creating a natural flow between all levels and living areas, transforming disjointed spaces into a cohesive, comfortable environment that supports the family’s everyday rhythm.

Our team led the project from start to finish, coordinating all architectural plans and working closely with mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and structural engineers to ensure fully integrated systems across the home’s multiple levels. We managed every phase of the process – from initial concept to final styling – ensuring that every detail was thoughtfully executed. Major upgrades included reconfiguring the kitchen for better flow, expanding the children’s bedrooms, and gut-renovating the bathrooms and utility areas. We also designed the exterior pool and deck area to extend the home’s livable space and reinforce its connection to the outdoors.
