At 2112 Design Studio, we were entrusted with transforming a newly renovated home in Miami’s vibrant Calle Ocho District into a deeply personal and functional sanctuary for a client transitioning from a NYC apartment. Drawing on his eclectic background, love for literature, and appreciation for curated design, we infused each space – from the entry and office to the living, dining, family room, and master bedroom – with a balance of modern sophistication and nostalgic charm.

Our design harmonizes cultural richness and refined comfort, incorporating pet-friendly features for his two dogs, as well as tailored layouts to maximize each room’s potential within the existing 1,135 sqft footprint. By blending bespoke furnishings, intentional color palettes, and thoughtful spatial planning, this home reflects our client’s unique journey and becomes a true extension of his identity.
