With a busy professional life and three young children, the homeowners turned to 2112 Design Studio to help bring comfort, functionality, and wow factor back to their home’s central space.

The new layout creates two distinct conversation areas: one with a grand sectional and a tufted leather coffee table that’s both stylish and family-friendly, and another more intimate nook positioned to take in the view. A statement chandelier with a lift was added to make high-ceiling maintenance simple – proof that thoughtful design is in the details. The result is a room ready to host family, friends, and everyday moments for years to come.
