Coral Gables Meets Florida Keys

Tucked into the vibrant community of Coral Gables, this two-story home was transformed by 2112 Design Studio into a personal retreat for a family of three (plus two beloved dogs), inspired by their favorite destination – the Florida Keys. With lush treetop views and a soon-to-be sparkling backyard, the design captures the breezy, laid-back essence of island living.

At the heart of the home is an open-concept kitchen that flows seamlessly into the outdoors, creating a central gathering space ideal for entertaining and everyday connection. The family sought a space that balanced coastal elegance with comfort – tailored to their dynamic lifestyle and love of the Keys.

The design features airy materials, sandy neutrals, oceanic blues, and natural textures like rattan, jute, white oak, and striking blue calcite marble. Every detail brings grounded warmth and relaxed energy, making the home feel like a daily getaway – both serene and full of life.
