Vista Parkway Yakima

Built from the ground up overlooking the scenic Yakima Valley, this forever home was a true labor of love for a family of four – one member arriving during construction. Inspired by their Yakima roots and a deep love for Tuscany, the interiors were designed to feel warm, elegant, and uniquely personal.

Each room was given its own character while remaining cohesive through a rich palette of grays, navy blues, bronze, and white marble. A striking entryway opens to expansive views and leads to a custom bar and open-plan kitchen with dual islands, waterfall quartz, and a dramatic copper hood. Details like a rolling ladder, undercabinet lighting, and tailored finishes bring both charm and functionality.

The spa-like primary bath features a freestanding tub with hillside views, while upstairs, a playful mix of textures and color makes the boys’ bathroom light and inviting. This home is a reflection of everything the family dreamed of – timeless, layered, and filled with heart.
