Palmetto Bay: An Artfully Curated Residence

Set within Palmetto Bay, this residence was reimagined through a layered interior approach that balances refined detailing with everyday livability. While the architectural framework was pre-established, our role focused on shaping the interior experience through intentional design, custom millwork, and full-scope furnishing. We collaborated closely with the client to develop key feature moments, refine spatial layouts, and ensure a cohesive vision throughout.

The living room became the focal point of the home and our most defining design intervention. Centered around the family’s art collection, we designed a custom feature wall incorporating integrated shelving and framed wallpaper panels to thoughtfully showcase each piece. Opposite this, we introduced a bespoke entertainment wall with a wall-mounted custom cabinet, creating a clean and balanced composition.

To enhance both function and atmosphere, the space was layered with low-voltage lighting—strategically integrated to establish mood, highlight artwork, and create depth throughout the room. Beyond these focal elements, we developed the full furniture layout and led the sourcing and procurement of all furnishings, ensuring each piece contributed to a refined yet livable environment.

Our scope also included the complete design of the laundry room, where we introduced tailored built-ins to maximize efficiency while maintaining the overall aesthetic language of the home.

Throughout the construction phase, we remained deeply involved, providing ongoing site coordination and design oversight to ensure that every detail conceived during the design process was executed with precision in the built environment.
